Terms and conditions

Goods to be shipped to a Danish or foreign address, are send via PostDanmark. By choosing PostDanmark, provides the quickest and safest way to ship your goods. All goods are sent as parcels, and are fully insured.

• All orders placed before 12.00 midday Monday to Friday, will be dispatched within 24 hours.  Time for delivery is 5-7 working days; there can be exceptions in holiday seasons.
• We will send you an email, when your parcel is on its way.
• All goods are in stock.
• Free delivery when order is more than 93 GBP. This offer is only valid in Denmark.
• 10% discount when order is more than 140 GBP.

We accept following cards: Dankort, VisaDankort, EDankort, Mastercard, Visa, VisaElectron, Maestro and JCB (Denmark and countries with this type of account) and direct bank transfer.

You type your card information via a safe and secure connection (SSL) administrated by PBS (Danish payment system).  MaxMaxine gets a message about the payment via PBS, and does not get your information. The amount will be withdrawn from your account, when the goods have been shipped. MaxMaxine cannot withdraw bigger amounts than agreed in the payment, but can only withdraw amount agreed or less.

With MaxMaxine you are always protected against abuse. You can cancel a payment, when you get your payment history. You choose the payment method, when you place your order. All prices are inclusive VAT. All agreements, confirmations etc. is made by Danish laws, and does not affect your statutory rights, in your country.

Right to return

When you do your shopping with MaxMaxine, you have a 14 day return policy from the day you receive your goods.

The right to return is only valid, if the goods are returned in the same condition as received.  The right ceases, if you return the goods damaged, or in a condition that decreases the value.

If you choose to use your right to return and send the goods back, you as the consumer are liable for the shipping costs.

Complaints

As a consumer you always have 2 years to complain, which means that you can either get your goods repaired, replaced, money back or price reduction. This depends on the exact nature of the complaint. The condition is of course, that the claim is justified, and that the deficiencies are not caused by incorrect use of the product, or another damage behaviour has resulted in the deficiency.

There is no right of return on pearls, sequins, little stones, fringe and such.

You have to make a complaint as soon as possible.
