Do you have a catalogue?
No, at the moment we do not have a catalogue, but we get new stock frequently, so keep an eye on our website MaxMaxine.dk
Do you have a shop?
We do not have a physical shop at the moment, only an internet based company.
When do you withdraw the money I am shopping for?
When your order has been shipped from MaxMaxine the money will be withdrawn from your account. (Denmark only)
When do I receive my parcel?
When you have placed your order at MaxMaxine, it will be shipped the first working day after your order and you will receive your parcel on average within 2-7 working days.
If my order is a gift, can there be a card with it?
We do not write and put cards in the parcel, but we can wrap your order as a gift for you if you would like that.
If I want to return my order, who is going to pay?
If you as a customer want to return your items, you have to pay for sending it, unless it is a complaint, then you have to contact the call center for further information.
If I order some items and you do not have it in stock?
If an item is sold out we try to reorder it at our supplier, and if we succeed, the item will be send to your address within 3-5 days.
If the size does not fit, can I get the item changed?
Yes, you are always welcome to change clothes which do not fit. You simply return it and make a note on the delivery note which size you want instead.
